Chicken Spaghetti

This recipe that I found on the Food Network has been a kid favorite in our house.  They inhale it!  Also, it is one of those types of recipes that you can pretty much change around in all sorts of ways to make fit your families preferences.  For example, My oldest has requested I start adding black olives to it.  I've considered trying out some more veggies.
It brings all of my kids to the table! 

This is also one of those meals that tastes even better warmed up the next day!

Toddler fake pancakes (Gluten Free if that appeals to you)

1 banana, 2 eggs, a few blueberries, dash of cinnamon

Cooked in some coconut oil


The banana caramelizes fast so they are a tad darker than regular pancakes but don't taste burnt at all.
Think about how dark banana bread comes out.
Can't eat them fast enough!
